Dr. Keith French, our Chief of Staff, attended Texas A&M University for both undergraduate and veterinary school, earning a DVM degree. As a kid, he grew up in many places due to his family's military involvement, but now now lives in The Woodlands.

He enjoys watching the Aggie football team at Texas A&M University in his free time. Dr. French is happily married with three children and has several pets at home.

Dr. Cassandra Eakins grew up in Southern Utah and now lives in The Woodlands. She has been at Bear Branch since June of 2016. Dr. Eakins attended Southern Utah University earning an undergraduate degree; later she pursued a partnership program between Utah State University and Washington State University earning a DVM degree. Dr. Eakins has several veterinary special interests including pet behavior, internal medicine, neurology, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry.

Dr. Wendy Harris began working at Bear Branch Animal Hospital in summer of 2017. Originally from Austin, she now resides right here in The Woodlands. Dr. Harris attended Texas A&M University earning both an undergraduate and a DVM degree. She brings with her over 23 years of previous veterinary experience and has worked at practices in Nebraska, Louisiana, and Texas. Dr. Harris' special interests include internal medicine and soft tissue surgery, as well as abdominal ultrasonography and upper intestinal endoscopy.

Growing up in Houston, Texas, Dr. Kim Hilscher now lives in Magnolia. She began working at Bear Branch Animal Hospital in 2013. Earning an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, she later earned a DVM degree from the School of Veterinary and Life Sciences at Murdoch University in Western Australia. Dr. Hilscher has also practiced in San Angelo. She has special veterinary interests in surgery and dermatology.

Dr. Lisa Vitanza began working at Bear Branch Animal Hospital in 2013. She grew up in Byron, Texas and now lives in Conroe. Dr. Vitanza earned both an undergraduate and a DVM degree from Texas A&M University. Prior to Bear Branch, she worked at several other practices from Galveston to Katy and the Woodlands area.

Dr. Vitanza has special veterinary interests in herbal therapies and acupuncture. At home, she has a cat named Ella.
